We seem to be having a werid issue where Remoteapp's are disconnecting and then reconnecting with a split second. The problem is that when it does then (roughly every 5 to 15 minutes) it will flash back onto your screen as a new window.
The problem does not happen when the remote app is minimised but happens when the remoteapp is just one of the background apps with other windows in front of it.
Looking at the logs I can see Event ID 40 and where the user disconnects with error 0 and then reconnects 3 seconds later with Event ID 40.
If I am RDP'd onto the machine - I do not seem to have the same problem, it only appears to be through all our of Remote Applications that the drop out occurs.
This issue is happening internally and externally, users are on different switches. Issue only looks to have occured since windows updates were installed last week. But I cannot find any known issues with this particular problem.
