Mouse control while shadowing/controlling users session.

I have deployed numerous Server 2012 RDS servers but this issue has me baffled and I can't figure it out for the life of me.

This is a newly created RDS server, not yet live, Desktop Experience feature is enabled.

The RDS server is a Hyper-V virtual, both host and virtual is Server 2012R2 fully patched.

RDS Server is allocated 8 cores and 32GB ram using its own virtual circuit.

When I control a users session and attempt to move my mouse inside of the shadowed session, the cursor is pushed out.  If I am really quick I can move the most quickly and click something but this will not work when it goes live.  I am at a total loss and for the life of me cannot figure this one out.  Has anyone experienced this before or happen any suggestions to try?  I've tried googling it, but for some reason I can't seem to find anything related.  The method I'm using to shadow the session is through server manager then right clicking on the use in the server collection.

Only analogy I can think of is the session I'm trying to control is water, and my mouse cursor is oil :)  Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
