I get this error message when logging into my Windows 2012 server with Remote Desktop as the Administrator that was set when the server was installed. The server is with an offsite company. I am able to sign in as another user, but the
user does not have full administrative authority. I understand how to change the settings for a user, but since it is the Administrator's password, Access is denied. Is there any way for the Administrator's password to be reset? Or, possibly
change the Administrator properties so I do not have to change password at next login?
