2012R2 - Multiple RDS Farms on same domain?

Hi

We have two Business Centres linked via MPLS (LAN) at approx 200Mbit/second (constant 50% load).  We have large data sets and database servers at each geographical location, therefore to reduce app to dataset/base latency and ensure highest performance we are considering having two individual RDS 'farms' accessed by two individual web addresses; remoteapp.somewhere1.mydomain and remoteapp.somewhere2.mydomain.com for example. 

1.  Can both RDS deployments cohabit on the same single 2k8R2 level Domain?

2.  Maybe both can be integrated somehow? 

Any thoughts most welcomed.
