Remote Desktop Easy Print - Diagnostic Logs for Troubleshooting

Hi there,

Does anyone know how to troubleshoot Easy Print? There has to be some logs somewhere of what it's doing, & more importantly, what it's NOT doing.

I've scoured through the Event Logs on both the Local PC & Remote Server & can't find any indication of failures - Surely Windows logs this somewhere?

I did find the following article, however these event ID's didn't exist anywhere I checked. I verified the Terminal Services logs were all enabled.
