Hi Folks,
Here's my scenario. We have a bunch of RDS servers hosting a client app. The nature of the app doesn't allow it to be load balanced at all so each of the RDS servers have the gateway, broker, session host and web roles installed on it. now that the servers
are getting a bit busier, i've noticed a sqlserver.exe process jumping up in CPU usage regularly. From what i've read, its the windows internal DB specifically related to the connection broker. i'd like to eliminate it from the equation somehow. is it possible
to do this with 2012? i did remove the role on one of my new VM's and i was able to connect to it, but the management tools disappeared, then i rebooted....and i couldn't connect any longer.
thanks
Colin Stewart
