I'm stuck with accessing Remoteapplications from an external location

Hi All,

I've got this problem that I cannot solve....My situation:

I've built a new server and installed Windows Server 2012 R2 (evaluation)....It is a single server and acts as the DC, and I wanted to test out the Terminal Services features.  I've installed the RD Web Access, RD Gateway, RD Connection Broker on the same Server.....I then created a self signed certificate.  Keeping the default settings for RD Gateway Manager with Port 443 and UDP port as 3391.  I then published some applications and then tested in the internal network using another PC which is not part of the domain, the self signed certificate was also imported.....I logged in as using the Server Ip address, ie 192.168.0.2/rdweb and it works perfectly, I was able to remote access into any of the published application.  It also worked when I use the FQDN, ie.  testserver.contoso.com.au/rdweb.....I then test the service by using an external PC, which is what I want to do, I imported the self signed certificate into the external PC then went to the browser and typed in my server site IP address which is static ie.  105.156.10.14/rdweb.....I was able to log into the service portal and see the published applications....I then select an application and then it asks me for a credential which I entered but this error message came up:

"Your computer can't connect to the remote computer because the Remote Desktop Gateway
server is temporarily unavailable.  Try reconnecting later or contact your network
administrator for assistance."

I do not know what caused this error and I've tripled check my settings.  I've forward the ports 3389, 80, 443 and tried to forward 3391 in my router....I've tested to see if these ports are open and the only one that is closed is 3391....Could that be the cause of my issue or is there something else?....Thank-you for anyone who can help.
