Password Rest prompt locking up VM's

Hi,

I am running 20212 server VDI with Win 8.1 VM's w/HP Thin Clients. When the system prompts for a password change the VM gets a black screen and locks up. When I reset the password on the server they are able to login in. How can I keep this from happening?
