RDP to my 2008 R2 I get many logon icons

I have seen this sometimes..

When I RDP to some server 2008 R2 I normally get the logon screen where I can put my credentials.

But some few servers gives me a picture where I can see all the users that have been logged on to the server.

A lot of logon icons from diff. users that has been logged on before.

And at the bottom a cancel button.

So no logon field for me.

If I cancel it does not help.
