Server 2008r2. I had some miscommunication when trying to added RDS cals to the server. I needed to downgrade from 2012 to 2008 and I needed user cals. However the cals we bought were Device cals. I was given the downgrade code and entered them on the
server when I thought they were User cals. Now I need to remove the device cals from the server so I can return them to the retailer and get the correct user cals. How can I do this?
