Hello,
we have "Windows Server 2012 Terminal Services" in use.
Working in our high speed lan is ok. But we have an external location many miles away which is connected by the normal internet (dsl).
When the staff log in by using "Windows 7 Remote Desktop", they get a blank black screen after successful RDP login.
No icons, no task bar or something else, nothing.
The colleagues get (before that) the Windows TS's feedback that login was successful, so authentication works.
We tested the colleagues' accounts by calling the Terminal Server using our company's lan, everything OK.
So the Active Directory works, authentication works too.
Is it possible that the low connection speed (normal german dsl) is the reason?
But how could it be? Is this logical?
Thanks in advance.
Kind regards
Thomas
