The program did not start on the remote computer. For assistance, contact your system administrator RDS 2012

The issue is when a USER tries to open a program, and it's mapped to a network drive T:\fixedast\app.exe they get the tittle error message. If i log in as admin, it opens up just fine. Ideas? The user can remote desktop to the RDS server and open the application correctly. I'm a bit lost. Ideas?
