Replicate application settings to user profile on terminal server.

I installed SAP Logon client on a Windows 2012 RDS server.  In order for the SAP client to connect, the SAPLOGON.INI file has to be available in \\server1\c$\users\username\appdata\roaming\sap\common of every user's profile.  

How do I address this issue?
