No one can RDP into a Windows Server 2012 server.

Hi All,

I am facing this issue from some days for my clients Windows server 2012, need urgent help.

None of the users nor Admins are able to do RDP this server. I can only take console of this server from vSphere Client. These are the things that we have done before as troubleshooting.

1) Enabled the 'Remote Desktop Connections' from Computer Management

2) in RUN ran this command ‘Change logon /query’ output was ENABLED.

3) Installed the RDP role on this server.

4) In GPEDIT -- Local Computer Policy > Computer Configuration>Administrative Templates > Windows Components > Remote Desktop Services> Remote Desktop Session Host>Licensing ( 1. I have ENABLED and put a licensing server name & 3. enabled RD licensingmode to PER USER)

Still I get this error:

Try connecting again. If the problem continues, contact the owner of the remote computer or your network administrator."

Please advice.
