Some users that access the Remote Desktop Session Host server are unable to print. How do I check whether the Easy Print Driver is functioning correctly or being used?
The first time it happened I signed out of the RDSH and logged back in. The printer was able to function again after that. The users were doing this up until now. Signing out then loggin back in is not resolving the issue anymore.
I logged into the RDSH server as a administrator. I went to the Remote Desktop Services and noticed the collection is missing!? The server is listed under Remote Desktop Services> Servers. However, when I go to Remote Desktop Services> Collections> under the Host Servers section the server is missing.
I have the following events that are occuring frequently:
