How to enable Devices and resources(ports & other PNP devices) by default on Connect to remote PC

Hello all,

I enabled all the resource on IIS on Gateway server but still it doesn't enable  when I hit connect I get a Remote Desktop Connection with a warning sign which has local resources unchecked. Please tell me how to enable this by default. I need ports and other supported PnP sevices. I appreciate for you help
