Display issue using remoteapp program

I'm running Server 2012R2 and Windows 10 desktops. I've had this issue as well with Windows 7 clients. 

There are text boxes that don't appear unless I move my mouse over them. Moving the dialog does nothing show the next boxes.  I've tried countless things and google the entire internet.

Any help would be appreciated.
