I'm asking for a friend. I don't know much about windows server. She is a primary care provider and uses remote desktop to connect to
windows server 2008 at her clinic to do charts at home. The program she uses is called amazing charts. She claims her cat jumped on her computer or something and now none of the pop up windows show up in the charting program. You will see it show up in the
Taskbar and take up focus so you can't click on anything on the windows behind it, but the pop up itself is hidden and you have to right click on the taskbar item to forcefully close it. It's been like this for a month. It happens at her work computer as well,
which also remotely connects to the server. Only her account has this issue. None of the other providers have this problem. The clinic is run by a doctor who doubles as IT support. Needless to say they haven't solved the issue yet.
