At random moments, the Driver will ask for update on the RD environment. At this point, all HP printers that use this driver will be rendered unavailable until we delete one HP printer from the server and readd them from the print server.
After that, all HP printers will become available again.
At the point of failure, there are no logged events in the eventviewers of the print server, nor the RD session hosts. Neither is there a trent that triggers these events.Does anyone have any ideas?
