Creating collection stuck to in progress

Hi,

I have a problem when deploying Remote desktop services. The collection creation will remain stuck at Creating with the first VM to status "In progess".

I can see the VM is running under hyper-v just fine, but it will remain "in progress" for hours.

Under hyper-v i can see the vm and log it using a domain account

It also has an assigned IP, and there's a vSwitch created, assigned to the public NIC

The VM is an 8.1 enteprise

Why is the VM stuck in "In progress" state ?
