It turns out that when we connect by remote desktop (RDP) and print locally everything works correctly, but if I select a printer "redirected / mapped" gives an error of "StartPrinterDoc Call Was Not Issued" I had 2 other computers
that work with RDP there are 3 doesn't work. Can someone please help?
