Connection Broker High Availability with Connection Broker Redirection

Hello.

I have a Broker that is configured to use a default Collection (HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\TerminalServer\ClusterSettings - DefaultTsvUrl).

Just to be sure, can a broker with this setting also be made HA with an active-active configuration as described in the below article?
